With the background of product diversification, individuation demand, fierce competition, and economic globalization, studying the logistics system from the perspective of flexible production is a relatively new topic. This article embarks from the actual need of flexible production, uses the knowledge of management science and system science, and discusses the construction of the flexible production's enterprise logistics system. Finally, it makes detailed analysis on the subsystems.
