Outline of Research on High-Speed Railway Dispatching Command System
The high-speed railway dispatching command system is the nerve center of the high-speed railway. The construction of high-speed rail dispatching command system with high reliability is of great significance to ensure the safe operation and all-weather operation of trains. This paper analyzes the collaborative needs of the high-speed railway dispatching system and puts forward the theories and methods of the vertical hierarchical level of the high-speed railway dispatching system coordination, horizontal professional subsystem primary and auxiliary synergy, the cooperation between dispatching stations, and the cooperation between high-speed railway and the existing line command system. It also points out that the coordination of high-speed railway dispatching system organizational structure, feature setting, cooperative control, information exchange and sharing, and other aspects are keys to high-speed railway dispatching system synergy, which provides guidance and technical support to the high-speed railway dispatching theory.
