Discussion of Passenger-Dedicated Line Station Operating Plan Adjustment Method
First, this essay analyzes the passenger dedicated line station operating plan adjustment principle of abnormal conditions. Second, it establishes the optimization model to minimize customer dissatisfaction, minimize adjustment costs, and minimize the associated delay time as the goal and designs a practical algorithm for the model. Finally, the model and algorithm are demonstrated by examples.
