HIGH SPEED RAILWAY NETWORKS WITHIN THE UIC FRAMEWORK
UIC member administrations, embracing some 400,000 km of railway, point to the possibility of a common European railway management headquarters organisation as has already been brought about by the Union in much of the technical and operating spheres. FS plans for a radically-revised system gives railwaymen no satisfaction in a universal movement to improve environments nationally.
