Dangerous Condition Monitoring Technology of Heavy-Haul Train
An effective measure needs to be developed for the safety of the heavy-haul transportation and to improve railway transport capacity. For the purpose of ensuring the safety of heavy-haul train operation, the dangerous condition monitoring technology is proposed. Based on the vehicle-track coupled dynamic theory and the combination of computer simulation technology and field test, the technology can simulate the wheel-rail dynamic interactions under dangerous conditions and identify the heavy-haul trains which have potential safety hazard.
