Materials Distribution for Disaster Relief Based on Transportation Network and Information Integration System

In order to deliver disaster relief materials to right place accurately and under limited time, to promote efficiency of relief work, it is very important that materials should be transported consistently. Accuracy and on-time of distribution of materials are concerned about. Logistic information system for disaster relief work is built by means of the space network flow technique and GIS/GPS.
