FRANCE BUILDS EXPERIMENTAL 300 KM/L TRAIN FOR PARIS-LYON
Design and operation of an experimental articulated train powered by two Tunmo IIIG gas turbines which will shortly undergo test runs at speeds between 250 and 300 km/hr completed by French National Railways. Test program, power cars, bracing, body structure, and trucks are described.
