Application of Quantified SWOT Analysis on Mass Transit Operation of Intercity Train
Intercity transit with mass transit operation is to be the mainstream between two big cities meeting to the flourished economy and mass passengers. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis is used to analyze inner and external factors of intercity mass transit by taking Zhejiang province as example, then all factors are quantified with the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method in the paper that the scientific and intuitional evidences can be provided for relative managers to make correct strategies due to the final results.
