Peer Exchange Hosted by the PennDOT LTAP Advisory Committee, March 30, 2005

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) Advisory Committee Peer Exchange was held on March 30, 2005 in conjunction with the 2005 Roadway Management Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Peer Exchange participants were either advisory committee members (municipal officials) or Technology Transfer Center staff members from the states of Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia. The discussion focused on best practices, innovations, and partnerships.
