TRA invests as ridership grows

Thanks to steady investment in infrastructure enhancements and rolling stock, ridership on Taiwan's 1067 mm gauge network is growing. Meanwhile, in a bid to cover its operating deficits, the Taiwan Railway Administration (TRA) is learning to harness innovative revenue models, as this article reports.
