SOLID STATE MOTOR STARTERS

The development of static motor starting contactors and other electronic switching means are discussed, existing production types and their utilization are considered and explained. The control methods and their application to maritime problems, where the application cannot be met by conventional mechanical switching, are examined along with reliability, servicing and future usage.
