Band substance

This article follows the evolution of radar-based driver assistance systems from comfort functions to car safety. Specifically, the 79GHz band, with higher available bandwidth, offers many advantages, as detailed here. Several studies have shown that higher frequency radar systems offer more reliability, better performance and more accuracy.
