DO ROUTINE TESTS GUARANTEE FIRE SAFETY
Fire tests of building materials, particularly plastics, are inaccurate and dangerously misleading. Laboratory tests can tell little about how a material will perform in real fires, and can lull the consumer into a false sense of security.
