The issue of young drivers has been mapped through eligibility for taking driving tests, acquisition of necessary knowledge and skills, responding to traffic situations, and finally the participation of this specified group of drivers in traffic issues. An initial quantitative research was conducted in year 2011, under the topic of young drivers, entitled “Recognition of traffic rules and regulations of young drivers in road safety” in the Police Academy, Zagreb, 1.
