JET-EJECTOR. MORE THAN A DREDGE

Sand and gravel excavation at depths of 70 meters; harbor deepening; sand-pile driving with little disturbance of the seabed are handled by the Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries in Tokyo using five small-to-large jet-ejector dredges which mount a sand-lifting mechanism characterized by an ejector and a digging mechanism worked by jet water.
