TIME DEPENDENT CHANNEL FLOW OF A MICROPOLAR FLUID
General solutions are given for channel flow of a micropolar fluid when the boundary conditions are time dependent. Detailed calculations are given for two cases suggestive of how the theory may be applied to the problem of turbulent transition and to the problem of polymeric additives in turbulent flow.
