SOME CHARACTERISTICS OF A TURBULENT BOUNDARY LAYER WITH A POSITIVE PRESSURE GRADIENT AND INJECTION
The experimental results of measurements of the distribution of the concentration of substances injected at the point of displacement of turbulent boundary layer in the presence of a positive longitudinal pressure gradient are presented. With dP/dX = 0 it is shown that similar velocity and pressure profiles exist at a permeable surface. Within the accuracy limitations of the experiment, no dependence of the concentration profiles on the magnitude of the longitudinal pressure gradient is observed.
