PORT STATISTICS-A WELCOME LEAD GIVEN BY UNCTAD

Port facilities have undergone heavy reconstruction to keep pace with maritime transport growth during the past decade. Statistical lists are presented for some major ports, covering frequency of visit, port and harbor facilities, berth throughputs, turn around time, cargo tonnage and manhours and cargo classification.
