Land transport alternatives for webb dock: a review of the study methodology

This paper is a retrospective analysis of the studies which have been conducted in connection with the provision of land access to webb dock in the port of Melbourne. It reviews and appraises the studies as such, reports on the consequences of the various recommendations and discusses community reaction to them. (A)
