Metropolitan parking ordinance study

The principal objectives of this study were: a) the establishment of a realistic set of parking provisions for different land uses, to replace those presently existing in the ordinance, b) development of a method to determine the eligibility of a selected area for declaration as a limitation area, c) preparation of a series of guidelines to assist users of the new ordinance.
