Warrigal Highway and Elgar Road travel time surveys

This report presents and analyses results from travel time surveys conducted in July and December 1994 along Warrigal Highway and Elgar Road between Mentone and Doncaster. Surveys include both directions of travel for peak and off peak periods. Comparison is made with similar surveys taken during peak periods along the Warrigal Highway section of this route between Mentone and Surrey Hills in 1987.
