THE CASE FOR PLYWOOD IN CONTAINER MANUFACTURE
The article reviews the past development of glassfibre reinforced plastic overlaid plywood containers (GRP) and continues on thru current work proving the case of GRP containers by factual price analogies to steel and aluminum containers. An evaluation as to the cost, upkeep, working life, and internal dimensions is included, showing the convincing advantages in earning power and maintainance of plywood in the manufacturing of containers.
