MANNING'S COEFFICIENT FOR SMOOTH PIPES
Based on a computer calculation, two charts are constructed from which Manning's coefficient can be determined either from mean velocity, diameter, and kinematic viscosity, or from slope. The charts can be used in a simple manner to determine the magnitude of Manning's coefficient for smooth pipes under various conditons.
