THE APPLICATION OF DYNAMIC METHODS TO DETERMINE THE MODULUS OF ELASTICITY AND POISSON'S RATIO OF SOIL-CEMENT BEAMS IS DESCRIBED. VARIATIONS OF THESE ELASTIC PROPERTIES WITH THE AGING OF THE SOIL-CEMENT ARE REPORTED.
