MODEMS ARE KEY INTERFACE UNITS IN TELEPROCESSING SYSTEMS
Because of the increasing use of business machines in teleprocessing systems, a corresponding increase in the use of data sets or data modems. This article provides basic information concerning the use and operation of data modems.
