CLOSED NETWORK SIGNAL TIMING
THE METHOD PRESENTED AFFORDS A PLAN FOR TIMING THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS COMPRISING A CLOSED NETWORK. BY THIS METHOD AN APPLICABLE CYCLE AND TIMING OFFSET CAN BE DEVELOPED FOR THE SIGNALS COMPRISING A NETWORK UNDER ANY STREET GRID PATTERN. THE APPLICATION OF THIS TIMING TECHNIQUE CAN HAVE DIRECT USE IN URBAN AREAS WHERE SIGNAL COORDINATION IS MANDATORY. FURTHERMORE, THIS METHOD WILL BE EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL TO COMMUNITIES OF RELATIVELY MODEST FINANCIAL MEANS. THIS CAN ALSO HAVE DIRECT APPLICATION IN OLDER CITIES WHERE STREETS ARE NARROW AND NOT LAID OUT IN A PERFECT GEOMETRIC PATTERN. /AUTHOR/
