IT SEEMS THAT THE TENDENCY TOWARD CENTRALIZING CONTROL OF TRAFFIC IS SPREADING RAPIDLY. THE INFORMATION RECEIVED IN REPLIES TO THE INQUIRIES SENT TO ALL STATES IS SUMMARIZED BY QUESTION.
