BRAKES
THE AMERICAN AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION AND THE NATIONAL BUREAU OF STANDARDS SPONSORED A CHAMPAIGN FOR DETERMINING STOPPING DISTANCE AND RELIABILITY AND CONDITION OF BRAKES ON THE ROAD. SEVERAL THOUSAND CARS WERE TESTED. THE RESULTS OF THESE TESTS ARE NOW BEING COMPILED.
