LIGHTING OF SNOW AND ICE CONTROL EQUIPMENT
BASED ON A QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY SENT TO SEVERAL STATES IN THE SNOW BELT AREA, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS WERE MADE: (1) IDENTIFICATION LIGHTS SHOULD BE PROVIDED ON ALL SNOW AND ICE TREATMENT EQUIPMENT, AND (2) CLEARANCE LIGHTS SHOULD BE PROVIDED ON SNOW AND ICE TREATMENT EQUIPMENT.
