Heavy vehicle speed compliance: draft proposal and draft regulatory impact statement
Heavy vehicle speeding has been an issue for the road transport industry for many years, primarily from a road safety perspective. This draft proposal and regulatory impact statement provides analysis of approaches to improve heavy vehicle speed compliance. A preferred approach of developing chain of responsibility for speed compliance is proposed.
