The purpose of this discussion paper is to seek input from the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) community to the review of the Road Transport (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1977. It is intended to assist individuals and organisations to prepare submissions to the review. It is not intended to limit comment. Individuals and organisations are encouraged to provide information and comment on any issues that they consider relevant.
