Licensing: a reformist regulator?
This paper looks at the role of a regulator and its place in terms of achieving good road safety outcomes. Knowing that road safety depends strongly on the commitment of industry and individuals to comply with the regulatory framework we set, it discusses what strategies a good regulator should embrace to gain compliance from the wider community.
