DRINKING DRIVER AND TRAFFIC SAFETY PROJECT. ANNUAL REPORT
THE DRINKING DRIVER CLASSIFICATION AND PREDICTION MODEL PROVED TO BE OF LIMITED PREDICTIVE CAPABILITY. AN EXPLORATION OF THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN FATALITY DRINKING POPULATION AND THE CONVICTED DRUNK DRIVER POPULATION SUGGESTS THAT THE TWO POPULATIONS ARE SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT. A FACTOR ANALYSIS OF FATAL CRASH DRIVERS WAS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: CRIMINAL RECORD, TRAFFIC RECORD, AGE, OCCUPATION, AND CRASH LIABILITY SITUATION. /HSL/
