Traffic Records Needs of the Highway Safety Division of Virginia

The purpose of this report is: (i) To document the Highway Safety Division's activities directed toward the development of. a comprehensive traffic records system, (2) to identify the Highway Safety Program Standard requirements for a traffic records system, (3) to document the traffic records needs of the Highway Safety Division, and (4) to identify the use of the needed data in planning, monitoring, and evaluating highway safety activities.
