Environmental Impact Case Study: Dublin, Virginia
At the request of the Environmental Quality Division of the Virginia Department of Highways, the Environmental and Economics Section of the Virginia Highway Research Council conducted a study to determine the probable socioeconomic and environmental impact of the proposed improvement of Route 100 north of Dublin, Virginia. This evaluation was a part of the Department's effort to ensure in the proposal stage that projects will complement the environment they traverse.
