Could cheap parking kill bus demand?

Tendered bus services are disappearing while the cost of parking is falling many towns, sometimes at considerable cost to local authorities. Rhodri Clark trawled through masses of council documents and discovered that buses and parking are treated differently, and connections between the two are rarely made.
