JACKSONVILLE (FLORIDA) PARKING ANALYSIS REPORT (ABRIDGED COPY)

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT WAS TO COMPARE THREE TECHNIQUES OF PARKING ANALYSIS: COMPREHENSIVE INTERVIEW, AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND ORIGIN-DESTINATION. THE STUDY SHOWED THAT THE ORIGIN-DESTINATION PARKING STUDY TECHNIQUE CAN PROVIDE AN INEXPENSIVE QUICK ESTIMATE OF PARKING DEMAND.
