ANUARIO ESTADISTICO DE ACCIDENTES EN CARRETERAS FEDERALES (2007)
Presenta las estadisticas mas relevantes; tales como: ubicacion, causas y tipos de accidentes, entre otras; que pueden obtenerse trabajando la base de datos que contiene la informacion de los accidentes ocurridos durante 2007 en la red carretera (alrededor de 50 mil km de longitud) vigilada por la Policia Federal. Tambien incluye los resultados de vincular los datos de accidentes con caracteristicas operativas de la red como el Transito Diario Promedio Anual, y otras fuentes de informacion de caracter socioeconomico como el Producto Interno Bruto y el numero de habitantes. Por la gran importancia que tienen los analisis geoespaciales; particularmente, de los sitios de alta concentracion de percances, incluye imagenes del Sistema de Informacion Geografica de Accidentes (SIGA) y tablas, figuras, conslusiones y recomendaciones. Abstract: This work presents the most relevant statistics obtained from the database of the Sistema de Adquisicion y Administracion de Datos de Accidentes (SAADA) (Acquirement and Administration System of Accidents) which contains information of the accidents occurred in 2007 on the 50,000 km of the Federal Road Network (FRN) that is watched by the Federal Police (Policía Federal, PF). Afterwards, the shown statistics are extended by means of linking the SAADA database with some other existing information, such as Traffic Counts and Vehicular Composition generated by General Directorate of Technical Services (DGST) of the Ministry of Communications and Transports (SCT) for the FRN and the social-demographic and economical information of the National Institute of Statistics, Geography and Informatics (INEGI). Included tables, figures, conclusions and recommendations.
