INTEGRACION DE LA INFRAESTRUCTURA CARRETERA CON EL MEDIO URBANO

Con el objetivo de desarrollar criterios y lineamientos generales que permitan lograr la coexistencia armonica entre las vias interregionales y la infraestructura vial urbana con la finalidad de identificar previamente los efectos negativos mediante estudios que permitan conocer de forma anticipada las consecuencias y disponer de medidas para resolverlos o atenuar los inconvenientes, el presente trabajo analizo los principales criterios de proyecto de la Autopista Cuernavaca - Acapulco, como ejemplo de la necesidad de estudiar con profundidad, tanto tecnica como economicamente , la integracion regional de la nueva carretera con la Ciudad de Acapulco y en general con la zona turistica del Estado de Guerrero. Los principales criterios analizados son: (I) Distribucion regional, demanda de transito y transporte que aporta la via interurbana; (II) Localizacion estrategica de los puntos de conexion de la carretera con la vialidad principal de la zona urbana y su area de influencia; (III) Deteccion de obras de mejoramiento y adecuacion que requiera la infraestructura vial y los servicios de transporte de la ciudad; (IV) Establecimiento de formulas de financiamiento y de recuperacion de las inversiones y (V) Prediccion y prevencion de los impactos sobre el medio ambiente en el medio urbano-regional. Se incluyen figuras y conclusiones. Abstract: In order to develop criteria and general guidelines that would achieve the harmonious coexistence between the interregional roads and the urban road infrastructure in order to identify the negative effects previously through studies that reveal in advance the consequences and have measures to solve them or reduce the difficulties, this paper analyzed the main design criteria for Cuernavaca - Acapulco Highway, as an example of the need to study in depth, both technically and economically, the regional integration of the new road with Acapulco City and in general the tourist area of Guerrero State. The main criteria considered are: (I) Regional distribution, traffic demand and transport provided by the intercity road, (II) Strategic location of connection points on the road with the main roads of the urban area and its influence area; (III) Detection of works of improvement and adaptation required by the road infrastructure and transport services in the city, (iv) Establishment of financing formulas and return on investment and (V) Prediction and prevention of the environment impacts in the urban region. Included figures and conclusions.
