Fahrzeiten im regionalen Busverkehr - (k)ein Problem? Taktverkehr bei stark schwankendem Fahrzeitbedarf / Run times and regional bus services - Is there a problem?

Die Aufwertung des regionalen Busverkehrs durch Taktverkehre und die Einbeziehung in die Fahrgastinformation und Anschlusssicherung von Intermodal Transport Control System (ITCS/RBL) erhoehen die Anforderungen an die Planung der Fahrzeitvorgaben. Taktverkehre erfordern konstante Fahrzeitvorgaben. Ein tageszeitabhaengig unterschiedlicher Zeitbedarf und ein Taktverkehr sind nur bedingt miteinander vereinbar. Ausgehend von einem Beispiel werden verschiedene Planungsaspekte erlaeutert und Hinweise zu weiteren Rahmenbedingungen gegeben. In einem Ausblick wird deutlich gemacht, dass an Planungssysteme und ITCS/RBL zukuenftig weitergehende Anforderungen gestellt werden muessen, um die Vertraeglichkeit von Taktverkehren mit bestehenden Unterschieden im Zeitbedarf zu verbessern. (A) ABSTRACT IN ENGLISH: The appreciation of the regional bus services by fixed cycle operations and the inclusion into the passenger information and guaranteed connection services through ITCS increases the demands on the planning of the journey times. Fixed cycle operations require steady journey times. Different travel time requirements in the course of a day and fixed cycle operations are only partly compatible. Based on an example the different aspects of planning travel times are explained and advice is given for further basic conditions. As a prospect it is made clear that in the future more sophisticated demands must be made to schedule planning systems and ITCS to improve the compatibility of fixed cycle operations with the existing differences in travel time requirements.
