SIMULATOR TRAINING INFLUENCE ON DRIVER'S BEHAVIOR IN REAL TRAFFIC DANGEROUS SITUATION
THIS EXPERIMENTAL WORK DEALT WITH THE TESTING OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE SIMULATOR TRAINING ON DRIVER'S READINESS FOR RISK SITUATION SOLUTION. TWO 15 MEMBER GROUPS OF 19 YEAR OLD DRIVERS WERE SELECTED; ONE GROUP UNDERWENT A DAY OF PRACTICE WHILE THE OTHER GROUP DID NOT. LATER, BOTH GROUPS WERE PRESENTED WITH SAME REALITY TEST. OUT OF THE 15 DRIVERS IN THE FIRST GROUP, 12 DRIVERS SOLVED THE SITUATION SUCCESSFULLY; IN THE SECOND GROUP, ONLY 6 DRIVERS SOLVED THE SITUATION SUCCESSFULLY. THESE AND OTHER RESULTS SHOW THAT IN A SIMILARLY DIFFICULT SITUATION BOTH GROUPS DIFFERED SIGNIFICANTLY IN THE QUALITY OF THEIR SOLVING OF IT. /AUTHOR/
