Grey Correlation Evaluation Model with Application for Transportation Network in Economic Circle
The evaluation of transportation network in economic circle is studied based on the relevant knowledge of grey theorem. On the basis of considering each factor of transportation network in economic circle, the multilevel grey evaluation of transportation network in economic circle is presented and the countermeasures of transportation network in economic circle are also recommended. This method combines the qualitative with the quantitative analysis and then focuses on the latter. It is applied to the practical evaluation of transportation network in Pearl River Delta economic circle. The results indicate that the multi-ingredient transportation network in economic circles assessment can be transformed into the single-object decision by using this method, and the results can directly show the integrative level of transportation network in economic circle and offer the reliable basis for making policies.
