Implementation of the Fully Networked Car Based Transportation Connectivity Systems
This study demonstrates a methodology for a systematic approach on the implementation of transportation connectivity systems based on the fully networked car which provide a basis on national policies for traffic demand management along the green growth paradigm utilizing vehicle-information technology (VIT) convergence. A concept of green-intelli travel society (G-ITS) is demonstrated according to the level of VIT application, which would facilitate dynamic policies on reducing the greenhouse gas in transportation, i.e. vehicle access control in CBD, road congestion pricing, car sharing, integrated public transit charging, etc.
