Aerodynamics Effect of Train Passing through Subway Station with Ventilation Shaft
The aim of this paper is to analyze the aerodynamic effects of a subway station with ventilation shaft when a train is passing through. A three-dimensional flow field, induced by a train passing through a subway station is studied based on the numerical simulation of the three-dimensional unsteady compressible non-homentropic Navier-Stokes equations formulated in the cell-centered finite volume method. The motion between train and subway station is treated with dynamic mesh. The pressure curve, the pressure gradient curve and wind velocity of the results in different ventilation shaft were analyzed and the effect of parameters of the ventilation shaft were investigated.
