Theory and Methods of Post Evaluation for Urban Rail Transit Investment Project
The investment project post evaluation is an important stage in the project cycle and an important part of project management, which has an important significance to summarize project management experience, strengthen project management, and enhance the scientific level of project decision-making. With the development in the investment of urban rail transit project, urban rail transit post evaluation is increasingly important. Based on references of the foreign post evaluation method of urban rail transit investment project and analysis of the current research of post evaluation in China's urban rail transit investment project, it describes the meaning and importance of post evaluation in the urban rail transit investment project, and establishes multi-level index system of post evaluation for urban rail transit investment project. Then taking the third line of urban rail transit in a city as an example, it describes the content and methods of post evaluation, at last a comprehensive post evaluation conclusions of the project and degree of success evaluation form are obtained, and it will have a certain reference on the post evaluation of China's urban rail transit investment project.
