Sustainable Development Evaluation Index System and Methods of Railway Construction Project
Sustainable development evaluation of railway construction project is an important part of the railway construction project post evaluation, and is a multi-aspect, multi-level, and multi-objective complex subject which involves social, economic, environmental and other aspects. Sustainable development of railway construction project is construction without harming the benefit of offspring and meets the needs of capacity and satisfies the needs of current development. Based on the analysis of the necessity and concept to sustainable development evaluation of railway construction project, this paper establishes a multi-level evaluation index system for sustainable development evaluation of railway construction project and constructs sustainable development evaluation method based on rough set. The result shows that the method is simple which provides a viable approach to sustainable development evaluation for rail transportation and other large construction projects.
