Fuzzy Evaluation of Crews' Comprehensive Quality Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process
Crew's comprehensive quality is the basic qualities and conditions to accomplish tasks during the voyage and the foundation of the important determining factor for ship navigation safety. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study the evaluation of crew's comprehensive qualities. Various methods are adopted such as questionnaire survey, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation to explore a set of complete and effective target systems for the comprehensive qualities evaluation from the following several aspects, for example, professional ability, physical and psychological quality, professional ethics, and humanistic quality. The application example indicates that the approach is objective, veritable and exact.
