TEACHING METHODS EMPLOYED IN A MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL TRAINING PROGRAM
THE PORT AUTHORITY IN-PLANT MAINTENANCE TRAINING PROGRAM IS DESCRIBED IN A GENERAL WAY, WITH THE ELECTRICAL TRAINING PROGRAM USED AS AN ILLUSTRATION. EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON SUCH FACTORS AS THE ROLE PLAYED BY SUPERVISORS IN CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT, THE USE OF WELL-TRAINED INSTRUCTORS AND APPROPRIATE TRAINING MATERIALS, AND THE PROPER LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. /AUTHOR/
