CATO offers energy savings
As driver assistance systems are becoming more widely adopted across Europe, a new Computer-Aided Train Operation system is being tested on the Malmbanan heavy-haul railway between Kiruna and Lulea in Sweden. It is presented in this article and signals the completion of research into energy-efficient driving.
