Risk Analysis at Application of Social Marginal Pricing with PPP Projects in Railway Transport

Analyza rizik pri aplikaci spolecenske marginalni cenove tvorby u PPP projektu v oblasti zeleznicni dopravy

The paper informs about the results of the project "Design Appropriate Contractual Relationship" (ENACT) of the EU 6th Frame Programme. As a part of the project the Transport Research Centre, Czech Republic pursued also the methodology of financial and risk analysis of the Private-Public-Partnership (PPP) projects in the field of railway transport at application of social marginal pricing.
